I am delighted to support the Highland Park Holistic Psychotherapy community as the Practice Manager. I am here to ensure your experience with us is both supportive and welcoming.
I am currently attending California State University Northridge to earn my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. My passion for becoming a therapist stems from my background in corporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work, advocating for women, nonbinary and queer employees, and employees of color. This work highlighted how racial justice, gender equality, and mental health are intrinsically linked, each profoundly impacting the others. I am determined to be a source of healing and an advocate for the belief that everyone deserves the gift of hope, resilience, and a brighter, more connected future.
Outside of work, I am an avid backpacker, meditator, and crafter, and I love exploring a good flea market. I live on the eastside of Los Angeles with my partner, and dog, Dill Pickles.
